A note from Carmen Bush

Hello, my name is Carmen Bush and I am the general manager and venue coordinator for the Bush House Estate. It has been my pleasure for the last four years. I love meeting people and making connections that will always remain (even if it’s only through social media). I’m very organized and can multi-task with the best! These are two traits that are crucial to planning a magical day. Taking care of each couple to relieve their stress is a good feeling. Details matter!

I love the ideas and details that clients bring and their reaction when they finally get to see their plan come together. It’s great meeting the families – mom, dad, grandparents and siblings. Strong family values warm my heart.

Partnering with talented vendors is rewarding and joining forces makes a party flow smoothly. It takes a village, as they say.

There is nothing more satisfying than helping the couple get to the “altar”, the excitement of their first look, and hearing their vows. Or, after they have exchanged vows, their nerves are gone and they’re all smiles. The look of joy when newlyweds enjoy their first dance is priceless.

Sometimes I have even had the privilege to be a part of the family expansions with baby showers! It’s wonderful to follow their journey.
